Guided Ullswater Swims

Ullswater can be a tough swim, but not one to shy away from as the rewards are well worth it. At 7 miles it is the second longest lake in the Lake District, but it tends to be swam less frequently. The views are simply stunning and we’d argue it’s more scenic than any other lake swim due in the main to the high mountain range which especially in the southern end of the swim seems to come right out of the water – all of the Ullswater Swims are operated by Colin Hill Swims.

Ullswater End to End Swim

The two-way Ullswater swim (14 miles) is Colin Hill’s personal favourite for Channel Training. It is challenging, but not so far as to put your shoulders under serious stress but there is still the 7 mile one-way option available for those that would like to build up to the longer swim, for more information and to book CLICK HERE
